Claire began studying psychology 21 years ago. After working for a few years and travelling, She obtained a Master’s in Educational Psychology in Counselling in 2000 and has been a registered psychologist since 2001.
She has worked in a variety of settings since then including a not-for-profit counselling agency, AADAC, an Employee Assistance Program and private practice.
She works with clients who have specific goals that they want to achieve, as well as clients who are feeling “unwell”, stressed, overwhelmed, lonely, irritable or sad.
She is always seeking out opportunities to learn about new and emerging tools and strategies to become more effective at supporting her clients to reach their goals.
Knowing that one of the most significant factors that affects change is the therapeutic relationship, Claire offers sample sessions to provide clients with a 30 minute opportunity, either by phone or in person, to find out if we are a good fit for achieving your goals.
